The SCS (Sitia Control System) software allows to fly and gain real-time independent or synchronized way up to 16 actuators. It is based on Ethercat and Beckhoff technology.
It allows to:
- Pilot tests simple or multiaxial complexes
- Testing endurance or characterization
- Launch several different tests independently
- Create any type of test procedures
- Track testing with automatic threshold detection
- Calibrate measurement channels (gain, offset)
CONFIGURATIONS
The parameter operator each test by choosing:
- The type of test (shooting, periodic, sequential, events)
- The axes used
- The shape of the signal (Elementary): sine, half sine, triangle, square, random, file marks constant
- The servo path (choice among the available sensors)
- The sequence of elementary cycles: number of not, loops and sequences, duration
- For each axis, the operator can determine fault detection thresholds
- The created test backup and archiving data (ASCII)
PILOTAGE AND AXES REAL-TIME CONTROL
System of digital control with real-time kernel:
- Switching the signal or the type of enslavement "on the fly".
- Modification of the control being tested parameters
- Algorithm of linear and non-linear process control
- Algorithm of compensation signal peaks-ridges and phases for periodic signals and control of random signals
